1. Pick up by appointment at our Utopia location

- We operate by appointment for all order pick ups
- We will connect with you once we receive your order to arrange for pick up

2. Shipping (via post office)

   - Raw products are excluded from all shipping orders
   - there is a 14 business day turn around time
   - $15 Shipping in Ontario (free $120+)
   - $20 Shipping to all other provinces (free $150+)
